You will join the Fine Fragrance Designer Team and be working with different actors all passionate about perfumery. IFF has created worldwide renowned fragrances such as Libre – Yves Saint Laurent, L’Interdit – Givenchy, La Vie Est Belle – Lancôme, or Phantom and Invictus – Paco Rabanne.

About the platform and internship

Panoptic, IFF Trend & Foresight Global Platform provides a systematic approach to scanning, identifying and analyzing trend intelligence about possible futures and building a common vision across the organization. Every year, we carry out an extensive trend research program aimed at guiding and informing present-day decisions that inspire future business opportunities of growth. The intern will be closely involved in a wide range of activities and tasks including trend research, content management and graphic design projects as well as day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design: Create eye-catching and inspiring visual content for a variety of digital and print marketing materials, such as presentations, moodboards, short videos editing, brochure and label design, color & texture patches creation, and more.

2.    Assists in Creative Projects: Collaborate with Trends and Foresight Director, designers’ team, and marketing leads to research and analyze, conceptualize, and execute trend-driven innovation initiatives. Ensuring that the designed material meets creative direction aligned with IFF brand identity. Support the development of briefs, presentations, and sensorial inspirational stimuli.

3.    Photo and Videos editing: Manipulate and edit images and videos to enhance their visual appeal and alignment with trend insights and aesthetics.

4.    Research: Stay updated with design trends, industry developments and designs, brand communication that sparkle fresh and innovative ideas. (Selection of trend reports & signals; research for trend validation and inspiration; knowledge management)

5.    Communication: Communicate effectively with the team to understand project requirements, meet deadlines, and provide feedback.

6.    Portfolio Building: You will be encouraged to take ownership of projects and tasks, maintain a record of your work, and use the internship experience to enhance IFF and personal portfolio.


Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software and Powerpoint
Strong creative and design skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, priority setting and time management.
A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles is a plus.
