ROLE AND MISSIONS

Support the Merchandising Director of Coty Luxury skincare brands in her role to lead best-in-class merchandising solutions and approaches for all distribution channels, from temporary to store design & permanent merchandising. Develop innovative tools and in-store consumer experience.

Work hand in hand with the different Brand teams and markets in order to:

Contribute to cracking outstanding merchandising designs and consumer experience with the teams and agencies, and accelerate development of skincare animations and execution

Take part in the collaboration with the design agencies from creative brief to artwork production

Partner in producing adequate merchandising designs & tools for all skincare activities, covering all merchandising needs: from temporary in-Store materials (POSM, retailtainment …) to permanent merchandising for the various distribution channels, on local markets and travel retail.

Deliver all related guidelines for local implementations in markets

Manage the projects: follow up the planning, checking files, coordinate with different people internally and externally. Ensure the respect of deadlines, budget, delivery and implementation of the assets

Coordinate transversal tools with their updates and follow-up

Analyse competition and retail trends and create regular best practices reports and analysis

PROFILE

Design background (proficient in Sketchup, Adobe suite and ability to sketch)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several projects at the same time
Proficient English (written and spoken) is mandatory
Experience in perfume & cosmetics industry is appreciated but not mandatory

ROLE AND DEPARTMENT

We are looking for our new Product Development Assistant to join our Marketing Development Team.

You will fully collaborate with the product managers involved in the full 360 product development process to analyze, imagine & develop ground-breaking skincare innovations from the concept, formula & packaging development to the digital and in-store deployment.

Reporting to Product Development managers, this internship is an exclusive opportunity to learn everything about skincare and suncare products development within a fast-growing environment where creativity is key.

THE ROLE

TRENDS & ANALYSIS

• Maintaining competitor records and monthly tracking reports
• Running market analysis (new launches, new trends, store check, ..) to feed the team’s creative intelligence

DEVELOPMENT FOLLOW UP

• Participating in the briefing of internal teams (R&D formula, packaging, creative studio, support functions) and external partners (design and mock up agencies, suppliers,..), coordinating their work
• Elaborating concept development for the launch of new products
• Following operations for product development (artworks, assets production, formulas, product design, 3D visuals, point of sales material,..) ensuring right timings
• Participating in the 360 activation strategy, coordinating with other teams: purchasing, PR, go-to-market, merchandising, education

CROSS FUNCTIONAL MISSIONS

• Contribute to the organization & work for brand meetings with top management

• Already a 1st experience in marketing
