Shelter Business of DuPont is currently looking for a Territory manager f/m to lead specification & sales of the Corian Design® business in North-East of France.

Main responsibilities :

  • Maximizes revenues from sales of the organization’s products and services either through direct sales or through collaboration with reseller partners such as Corian® fabricators or distributors.
    Administers sales policies and marketing programs to meet sales and profit goals.
  • May identify and establish relationships with new customers (fabricators who transform Corian® sheets on end products).
  • May locate, evaluate and visit architects and interior designers to generate Corian® portfolio & service awareness, being the objective the demand creation with the specification of Corian® Design products in construction projects.
  • Supports partners throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities, such as follow up and support on projects, marketing, advertising, sales promotions and trainings, to achieve revenue targets 

Job requirements :

  • Graduated of a degree in Sales (BTS, Bachelor …) or in woodworking/surface working (Ecole Boulle…)
  • A first experience in sales of 2 years minimum or sales acumen with the willingness to develop experience in sales
  • Ideally, the knowledge in the construction market and visiting architects and interior designers is preferred.
  • French & English are fluent, and all other languages are a benefit. 
  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate the business/processes in the market.
  • Guides and prioritizes the activities of an individual contributor accountable for similar responsibilities and performing moderately diverse activities.
  • Works independently and receives minimal guidance; contributes to and executes business, functional or product strategies.
  • Operates with latitude for action and decision-making; uses judgment to make decisions that affect own area of responsibility within the business/function.
  • Solves technical or operational problems (with or without vague/unstructured aspects); takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
